So, I got myself a pressure washer but it wasn't working right. Luckily, the folks at the store helped me out real quick. They sent me a new one right away and made sure I was happy. Everything went really smoothly and it was such an easy process. The service was great and I'm really pleased with how everything turned out.

I recently bought a new cordless lawnmower and let me tell you, I'm really impressed with how well it works. It's such an easy swap from my old one and it's made taking care of my lawn a lot simpler. The fact that it doesn't need a lot of energy to run is a game-changer for me, and being able to easily change the grass height is a feature I didn't even know I wanted until now. Even my 85-year-old husband likes pushing this "baby" around, which says a lot about how user-friendly it is. I can't say enough good things about this new cordless lawnmower. It's truly exceeded my expectations and has made keeping my lawn in check a breeze.

So, eh, I had to contact customer service about a warranty replacement for my power washer. It took about two months of talking to different reps before I felt like I was never going to get a new one. But then along came Angel Planga, who really came through for me. My electric lawn mower broke down and I couldn't find the same one in stock anywhere. So, I contacted the company and spoke to a lady named Christine. She was really nice and gave me a lot of help. She said they would send me a battery-operated lawn mower as a temporary solution until they have my model available again. I'm really grateful for their assistance and excited to get back to taking care of my lawn!
