Hey, so I wanted to get my husband some awesome sneakers for his birthday. I decided to check out this website after reading a few reviews. They didn't tell me about customs fees and when I tried to return something, they wanted to charge me a crazy amount plus a delivery fee. When I complained, they pointed to some hidden policies that I had no idea existed. They should let you know about all the shipping costs before you check out, not hide behind secret rules. Their customer service was no help at all, and they acted like they didn't want to take responsibility. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

Slam Jam is definitely top-notch when it comes to streetwear. I've checked out other online stores, but Slam Jam has the best brands and products by far. Their website is super easy to navigate and you can always find the latest must-haves. Plus, their quick delivery and free returns policy make shopping even better. The only downside is the shipping cost, it could be a bit cheaper. But overall, Slam Jam is now my number one pick for all things streetwear.
