Returns & RefundsI bought a hoodie from Slam Jam but ended up with the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service and they were so helpful. They sent a courier to pick up the wrong size hoodie and I received the right size in just ten days. They were really great to deal with and made the whole exchange super easy. I'm really pleased with their service.

Returns & RefundsI just bought something online and had a really bad experience. They didn't tell me about customs fees and when I tried to return something, they wanted to charge me a crazy amount plus a delivery fee. When I complained, they pointed to some hidden policies that I had no idea existed. They should let you know about all the shipping costs before you check out, not hide behind secret rules. Their customer service was no help at all, and they acted like they didn't want to take responsibility. I'm definitely not buying from them again.
