I just bought some jeans online. They were top quality and most of the stuff I got was good, but one pair didn't fit right. I tried to get a refund, but it took forever. It took a month and a bunch of emails to sort it out. The folks in customer service were nice, but not very helpful in fixing my problem quickly.
Oversized jeans, difficulty with returns
The customer service at this place is just terrible, eh. The jeans I ordered were huge, and trying to return them was a total nightmare. I tried to do it online, but it didn't work, so I had to call and get a return label because the website didn't recognize my order number. And to make matters worse, even after the jeans got back to their warehouse on September 12, I had to call again on October 2 just to ask for a refund. This whole "easy returns" thing they promise is a total joke, eh.
ripped jeans
I am really disappointed with the jeans I bought from this company not even six months ago. I've only worn them a few times and already they ripped in the inner thigh area, which is just not right. And to make things worse, when I tried to reach out to customer service about it, my emails were ignored completely. And then, they even took down the review I left on their website talking about what happened. That's not how a good company should be running things. It's like they just want to make money and don't care about keeping their customers happy. I'd definitely steer clear of this company if I were you.
