CommunicationThe customer service from the company was amazing, eh? I sent an email on a Sunday, even though I knew they were closed, but I got a response early Monday morning. And get this - within 30 minutes, I got a message from shipping telling me that the adapter was on its way. I was totally blown away by how fast and clear the communication was. It went above and beyond what I expected and I really appreciate the top-notch customer service, eh.
