ServiceTerrible service, eh? Don't bother spending your cash on this site, they couldn't give a care. I was in the hospital and couldn't send back my dresses on time, but they didn't show any compassion or lend a hand at all. What a rip-off, never shopping here again.

ServiceI had a really annoying time dealing with the customer service at that store. I was just one day late for the return deadline because I was in and out of the hospital for nearly three weeks. When I tried to get help, all I got was a robotic AI bot giving me the same useless answers over and over again. There was no real person available to talk to, which left me feeling really frustrated and like nobody was listening to me. Because of this bad experience, I'm never going to buy anything from that store again. It felt like I had given them the most expensive donation to a charity shop ever.
