So, I was really pumped to get this adorable pair of shorts and top from this online shop, right? But when I tried to send them back because they didn't fit properly, I realized the return policy was pretty lame. They claim to have free returns, but then you gotta cough up for the return shipping, plus you don't even get a full refund unless you settle for store credit. Like, seriously? And they try to make it seem all clear and transparent when it's totally not. Not impressed, eh.

As a customer, I gotta say I'm real let down by the sizes of the clothes I've bought. The website says they use regular sizing, but every dress I've gotten has been way off. It's so annoying to get something that doesn't fit right, especially when you thought it would based on the size chart. And not being able to get a refund like most other online stores just makes it worse.

I wouldn't suggest shopping with this company at all. My experience with them was really disappointing. I ordered something online not too long ago but I had to return it for a few different reasons. Even though I followed their return process and sent everything back, I still haven't gotten my money back or even heard anything from them about my return. The fact that their customer service team is taking forever to get back to me has left me feeling irritated and not happy at all. I definitely won't be buying anything else from this company in the future.

I recently bought some clothes for over $600, but they didn't fit me right at all. Normally, I don't have problems with sizes, but this time everything was too big on the top. I decided to send the clothes back, paid more than $15 for shipping, but then found out I could only get store credit. Now I'm stuck with $600 in store credit that I can't even use because the clothes don't fit. And on top of that, the store credit expires in 12 months. I'm really disappointed with this whole situation, and I would recommend that others avoid buying from them.
