A few months back, I bought my first sports bra from them and it quickly became my go-to activewear. But one day, the clasp broke while I was at the gym on the treadmill. I was bummed out and decided to email the company to see if they could help. They got back to me right away, asking for a pic of the broken clasp. I sent the photo and was surprised when they offered to send me a brand new bra for free. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond. This sports bra is a huge part of my daily routine and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. Overall, I'm super satisfied with the whole experience.
