CommunicationThe unit itself is great. It's compact, doesn't shout for attention and you notice the air actually feels cleaner after a few days. Setup was a breeze and the app is straightforward; I use it daily. What soured it a bit was the annual filter plan. It sounded good — new filters every six months — but cancelling has been a headache. I've tried three times. Support barely answers unless it's to change an address. I liked it more than other brands I've tried, but this subscription hassle makes me think twice about buying again.
