Half useful, mostly headaches

Servicethe app and hardware look nice and can play well with other devices. The downside: support and warranty handling sour the whole deal. So yeah, useful in some setups, but be ready to fight for proper help if it goes wrong.

Productmy Truma unit didn’t talk at first and I did have to pester support a bit. That said, they actually helped and after a couple updates and one extra try it started working way better than I dared hope. Later I swapped in a different Dometic unit and, again, a hiccup, but the app and box adapted after a firmware push. So yeah, I was sceptical, turned pleasantly surprised — still room to improve, but overall pretty glad I bought it.
