I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this company. The CEO supposedly reads all comments, but I had to call them out before they did anything. They admitted the product I bought was faulty and decided to stop selling it, but the solution they gave me was not good. The jacket I got had a broken rhinestone zipper after hardly any use, and they only gave me $20 in rewards points for my next purchase, even though their stuff is expensive. I lost respect for a company that doesn't support their products or their customers.

So I kind of messed up in my last review because I didn't read the pants description properly. The waist rise was supposed to be short, which I would have known if I read it properly. The customer service folks were really nice and helped me out.

I had a bit of trouble with a discount code when I was buying something, but when I reached out for help, the customer service folks were amazing. They quickly got back to me and helped me out by applying the discount manually. They were really patient, understanding, and got the problem fixed fast. Getting that kind of personalized help totally changed my view of the company.
