As someone who buys vests and shirts quite often, I really like the design of the products. But, I have to say, I'm always let down by the quality. The company is good at marketing, but their customer service could use some work. I've tried many times to get permission to return items, with no luck. And even when I had a warranty issue, I never heard back from them. Because of these bad experiences, I'm going to shop somewhere else for my clothes from now on.

I bought a jacket from this company the other day. But when I got it, I found out the sizing and material were not what I expected. I was pretty let down, so I decided to send it back. I did everything they said for the return, got my RMA, and paid to ship it back. But then they ended up rejecting my return, which really caught me off guard.

They're so shady. I got myself a new jacket, right? Did everything they said to return it, but ended up getting ripped off. I heard online that this kind of thing happens to lots of folks. It's just not right! That jacket was pristine, but they tried to say it had stains. Total falsehoods, I tell ya!

I got the RFID Travel Vest for Men in medium size, but it didn't fit right so I had to exchange it for a smaller one. The vest itself seems really well-made, but I was disappointed with the return process. The website's return policy wasn't very clear - it said I had to pay for shipping and handling if I didn't consult a fitting specialist, which I didn't know about. I found the website wording to be misleading, and the lack of clear return instructions left me feeling frustrated. I tried reaching out to the founder and CEO, but I never heard back. I like to support small businesses, but now I'm thinking twice about buying from them again.
