Hasami Black Mug/ Matte Finish

The Hasami Black Mug with a Matte Finish looks great, but it's not very practical. The rough texture makes it a bit uncomfortable to hold and drink from, and it doesn't look clean even after handwashing. Even with our soft water, it was hard to keep clean.
But I have to give props to Schoolhouse for their awesome customer service. Even though the shipping took longer than expected, they were quick and efficient with my return and gave me a full refund, even though I had used the mug.

This company is such a letdown. I ordered something that was supposed to be in stock, but it took forever - over 2 months - for it to get to me. They charged me nearly $20.00 for something that looked like it should have been $2.00, and when I reached out to customer service for a refund, they assured me I'd get my money back. But it's been almost a month now and still no refund! I don't think I'll ever see that money again. The website boasted about how they have top-quality products made in Portland, but all I got was a catalog. What a disappointment.
