I'm really upset about the service I got from this company. The Dead Sea Mud Mask I bought turned into a hard rock after only one use. I tried three times to reach customer service for a replacement or refund, but they kept closing my ticket too soon. They didn't even give a customer service phone number, so I felt like just another mad customer typing away on a keyboard. If this isn't fixed, I'm going to take it up with the right people.

I bought this serum that was supposed to give me clear and balanced skin, but it actually made my skin super oily and gave me painful acne that took forever to go away. I left a bad review but it never got posted, and when I reached out to customer service they told me my skin was oily because it was too dry, and that acne is normal. They said they didn't have any record of my review and wouldn't put it up. I really wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before buying. It was a really bad experience with the products and service. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I've been using products from this company for a while now and I gotta say, I'm a pretty loyal customer. It all started with the pink clay mask, and then I started trying out other stuff that's perfect for my skin. The marshmallow toner is my fave though, it just makes my skin feel so fresh and revived. So, the other day, I had an issue with the pump on my serum breaking. But the customer service team totally impressed me with how quick and helpful they were. They asked for the batch number, got it sorted, and sent me a replacement without any fuss. Big shoutout to them for being pros and taking care of things so fast!

I had a pretty crappy situation with my order not too long ago. I bought something and was really looking forward to getting it. But when I contacted customer service to see what was up with my order, they went ahead and canceled it without giving me any reason. It left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down with how poorly they handled things and didn't show any respect for their customers.

But, when I got the eye cream last time, it was almost empty which was super frustrating given how much I shelled out for it. I tried talking to their customer service team about it, but they were totally indifferent and didn't care. I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer, even after I tried to reach out multiple times. When I went online to complain, all I got was a generic apology and a request for my order number. It didn't lead to anything, just more ignoring from their end. The way this company handled everything is just not cool and it's changed my view of their brand. Basically, the money I spent on their products isn't worth the terrible customer service experience that comes with it.
