Returns & RefundsI recently had to make a warranty claim on my Supercross shoes that I got from Salomon. After only 7 months of just casual wear, the Goretex on both shoes split by the toe. I contacted Salomon hoping they would cover it, but they denied my claim. They told me the defect was not within their usual warranty coverage, which was disappointing. The email ended with a final sentence that honestly felt like a joke - it was actually pretty funny, to be honest.

Returns & RefundsUnfortunately, I got another pair from this company and, to my disappointment, the sole of the shoe wasn't glued properly and couldn't be used at all - just like the first pair I bought. I even sent photos to show how bad the quality was after just one hike. I asked for a full refund, but they didn't want to give it to me.
