I almost skipped this — sounded like one of those trendy bottles — but I picked it up and now I sip it most mornings with my coffee or a smoothie. I was sceptical about the digestion claims, but after a week my gut felt steadier, not dramatic but definitely better. Price is a bit steep though.

I woke up one morning and realised I couldn't keep pretending my gut was fine — two years since treatment and I still had days where I was wiped out and stuck on the couch. Found this product on their site, read a bunch, and decided to try it. Ordering was easy, delivery actually came sooner than expected and when tracking looked weird customer service answered fast and was helpful. By day three I had more energy and could move without feeling glued to the chair — not perfect every day, sometimes a bit bloated, but overall huge improvement, worth it for the results, really.
