Roxy - Reviews and experiences

So I bought these sunglasses from this store and let me tell you, it took forever for them to arrive! I swear, I could have planted my own sunglasses tree in that amount of time, you know what I mean? And then, when I tried to send them back because they were too big for my face, they were all like "nope, sorry not sorry, no returns here". I mean, seriously? I even have proof that they received my return but still no refund! It's been ages since I've been waiting for my money back, like come on, I need my cash back ASAP!

I was pretty disappointed with my experience dealing with the return policy at Roxy, eh. I ended up having to shell out some cash for the return, which caught me by surprise and left me feeling frustrated. When I got in touch with their customer service for some help, they didn't really seem too keen on lending a hand to resolve the issue, ya know? This lack of empathy from the customer service crew has definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the company, and I've made up my mind not to shop there again. It's super important for companies to make sure their customers are happy, and unfortunately, Roxy dropped the ball on that front, eh.

I had a frustrating experience with returning something at this company. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times about getting my money back, but they totally ignored me. I even had to get my bank involved to help out. And even though I asked them to stop sending me emails, I still keep getting them, and some are even in French! I definitely don't recommend shopping here.

Customer service wasn't too bad - they got back to me pretty quick when I filled out the contact form. Still, ya know, it was pretty surprising how unclear everything was on the website.

I just went back to that store to return a couple of swimsuits I bought, and when I got my refund, they only gave me back one! I don't know what happened to the other one; did they lose it or throw it out? It's so annoying that they didn't even explain. I've never had a problem like this with a company before. It's not right that they messed up my refund. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

I returned my stuff on March 19, and it feels like it's taking forever to get my money back. Roxy received my returns, but they still haven't refunded me. It's so frustrating! I definitely won't be buying from them again, and you shouldn't either. Save yourself the time and money - stay away from their clothes and swimwear.
