Rosewe - Reviews and experiences

I'm so frustrated with this company. I ordered 2 outfits in early February and was told they'd arrive by the 10th. But it's way past that date now and still no sign of my stuff or a refund. I've tried contacting them several times but haven't heard back about my order or refund.

Wait a minute, is this site being paid by Rosewe? Each time i hwve purchase something from this site, there has been a problem. This one they have elected to ignore me. I ordered 4 dresses and all had belts to go with them. Unfortunately, the pink belted mermaid belt was not attached to the order. I have spoken to the online chart people / no where, emailed Rosewe directly and they been blowing up my .... They answer the emails but don't address the actual problem...oldest customer service trick in the book to keep escalated emails moving. This is an international company that takes your money and do very little to fix their mistake. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ROSEWE AND ANY OTHER COMPANIES AFFILIATED OR ASSOCIATED TO THEM. MY GIRL HAS A BEAUTIFUL DRESS WITH NO BELT. They have offered no solutions..just pointless responding emails. They received pics showing dress arrived without the and still no word...again, stay away!!

I had to return a blouse and a sweater because they was too small. I asked them to credit my account of $60 dollars and after a period of about 3 weeks, they still have not issued my money back. Rosewe offered me a credit of just $20 which I declined because they should have given me all my money back except for the blouse I kept. I will not be doing be doing business with this company again and will not recommend this company. Lets just keep shopping here in USA

I been ordering from Rosewe for several years and received every order and fit properly. Have no issues with returns or refunds if I didn't like the dress or colors.

Absolutely horrible ordered outfits for a trip weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered april 11 and hasn't even SHIPPED yet...they keep saying delay in processing asked for refund twice and nothing do not order from them so mad i did
