Bought two clearance items because I needed something decent for a cousin's wedding and I’ve been avoiding shopping after a bad back — quick pick, hit buy, and later realized I’d chosen the wrong size. No returns on clearance, so yeah, lesson learned. Slightly annoying, but oddly the pieces came neatly packed and had an extra button tucked in — so I’ll donate them locally, someone will be happy and grateful.

ordered a 16-18 for someone who normally wears a 16, and the dress wouldn’t even go over her head. It felt like a completely different size. Opening it, you can tell it’s compact — not just a snug fit, it’s genuinely small in the body and arms. I measured it against the size chart they sent and it’s a few inches under where it should be. I took photos and sent them over. Customer service has been stubborn — they’ve reviewed the pics but keep saying they sent what we ordered and won’t accept the return; they offered 15% back which feels low when the item isn’t as described. I asked for at least half back, suggested donating or returning, but still waiting. On the bright side, the dress itself is nice enough to donate if nothing changes, and the postage wasn’t a problem (that part went smoothly). I’ve had better luck elsewhere, and this whole bit has been frustrating, but not a total disaster — hoping they’ll sort it properly. For now I’m stuck waiting on their reply and deciding whether to donate it as a smaller size.

I ordered two bikinis last month, tried them on as soon as they arrived — bottoms were tiny, material felt cheap. Returned them right away and expected a refund; was annoyed it took weeks and Klarna showed a pending balance. After one follow-up email the refund finally posted and I was relieved — that's when I was actually satisfied.

Eh, so I ordered this dress from an online store, thinking it would be a nice addition to my closet. But when it showed up, I was super disappointed, eh. The dress looked nothing like what was on the website. It was poorly made and did not complement me at all, eh. So, I asked for a refund right away, only to be told I couldn't get my money back because of a silly reason - a "weird smell". What a joke, eh! Instead, they offered me a lousy $10 credit. I felt totally ripped off and lied to by this company, eh. I definitely recommend avoiding this dishonest business at all costs, eh.

At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from here since I saw some mixed reviews online. But I took a risk and I'm really happy that I did. The pink dresses I ordered came pretty quickly, and they were better quality than I thought. Returning them was easy peasy, and I got my money back in my account within 12 hours of our last chat. Overall, I'm super pleased with how everything turned out.

I had to return a blouse and a sweater because they was too small. I asked them to credit my account of $60 dollars and after a period of about 3 weeks, they still have not issued my money back. Rosewe offered me a credit of just $20 which I declined because they should have given me all my money back except for the blouse I kept. I will not be doing be doing business with this company again and will not recommend this company. Lets just keep shopping here in USA
