I bought a dress from this online store not too long ago and honestly, it was even better than I thought it would be. The fit was spot on and the fabric was really nice, making me feel good about myself and looking trendy. I wore it to a fancy event and got so many compliments all night long. I loved it so much that I ended up buying another one in a different design!

My order got stuck in processing for three weeks, eh? It was pretty frustrating, let me tell you. I reached out to customer service twice to get a shipping update, but didn't hear back from them at all. It was pretty disappointing not being able to find out what was going on with my order. Finally, when I was able to talk to someone, they told me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. They didn't bother to let me know or give me any options, they just left my order hanging. On the bright side, once I did get a hold of someone, the service was quick and friendly. That's why I decided to give them a better rating.
