CommunicationSo I bought some clothes from this online store recently, eh? But man, it's been a real bummer so far. I made my order on November 27th, thinking it would ship within 5-7 days like they said on their site. But on December 8th, it was still stuck on "processing". I tried hitting their customer support up by email, but even though they swear to get back to you in 24 hours, I haven't heard squat. Now I'm thinking of just pulling the plug on my order because of the radio silence and this never-ending processing ordeal.

CommunicationMy order got stuck in processing for three weeks, eh? It was pretty frustrating, let me tell you. I reached out to customer service twice to get a shipping update, but didn't hear back from them at all. It was pretty disappointing not being able to find out what was going on with my order. Finally, when I was able to talk to someone, they told me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. They didn't bother to let me know or give me any options, they just left my order hanging. On the bright side, once I did get a hold of someone, the service was quick and friendly. That's why I decided to give them a better rating.
