ServiceI just bought a 3 wood from this store, but was bummed because the grip was too big for my hand. Holding it was awkward and messed up my swing. I tried contacting customer service to ask for a refund or exchange, but it was a bit of a hassle. It took longer than I thought to hear back from them, and we had to go back and forth with emails before we came to a solution. All in all, I was let down by both the product and the customer service.

The customer service at this store was really disappointing. I bought some golf equipment from them recently and had some problems with my order. I reached out to their customer service multiple times to fix the issue, but it took them weeks to get back to me. And when they finally did, all they could offer was store credit because I was past the 30-day return policy.
This whole situation has left me feeling pretty frustrated, and I won't be shopping there again.
