Returns & RefundsI just bought 8 second-hand golf clubs from this store, eh, and I gotta say I'm real disappointed with how they showed up. Six out of the eight clubs had grips coming loose from the end of the shaft, which definitely doesn't match the description of "All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club." I contacted customer service, and they told me to go to a nearby shop to get a quote for the repairs and they would reimburse me. But then they changed their minds, and now I'm feeling pretty frustrated and inconvenienced, eh.

Returns & RefundsI ended up ordering the wrong size at first, so I had to return it and put in a new order. We had to pay for shipping on both orders, which was a pain. The sizing from that brand was way off too. Then we added more stuff to the second order, and had to pay even more for shipping. It was so frustrating, and just felt like a big waste of time and money.
