Had a pretty good experience with the staff at Cribbs Causeway, whether online or in person. It was nice to be able to check out the bike up close, but it was a bummer that we couldn't test ride it in Bristol. Making the trip to Clitheroe just for a test ride is not really doable for us.

I popped by the showroom in Clitheroe to grab a touch up colour for my hybrid electric bike, and let me tell you, the service was top-notch. The staff there were super helpful and knew their stuff, which made my visit a breeze. The touch up colour I picked up was just what I was looking for, and now my bike looks good as new. I've had my bike for about four years now, and it's been a trusty sidekick for both commuting and leisure rides. The guy helping me out, I think his name was WILL, was super helpful. He walked me through all the different bike choices, making sure I got the right size for my height and reach. We talked about things like the gears, wheels, and seat, and it was clear he knew his stuff. We even bonded over both biking up Mount Ventoux, swapping pictures and stories. All in all, I'd say it was a top-notch experience.
