Thought I'd hate it, then didn't.

Unpacking, I tried it — surprisingly solid, neighbour had recommended.

Needed it for my aching back, delivery was on time, customer service helped, but stickers were peeling, still glad

Halfway through a rainy commute I realized this bike actually changed my mornings — smooth shifts, comfy ride, now I use it for errands and weekend loops, pleasantly surprised.

Walked in because my old bike kept breaking; they sorted a test ride quickly. Felt solid under me, corners confident, seat slightly hard and chain a bit noisy, but perfect for daily commuting.

saddle was comfier than I honestly thought.

I bought this after a buddy pointed me to the ad online. First few rides felt decent, but the rear derailleur was out and the headset was loose — took it to my local bike shop to get it sorted. Seller said bars aren't fitted for packing, which didn't add up. It works fine now after a tune, but yeah, annoying and avoidable.

gravel bike or proper MTB, is the frame tough, will it get beat up on long rough runs, etc. After a handful of rides I’m actually kind of sold. It’s got a proper solid feel, no rattly bits, and what surprised me most was how composed it stays when the trail gets ugly. Took it over rutted forest tracks that I figured would make it sulk (I kept waiting for it to complain), and it barely missed a beat. Still peppy on pavement too. Small things impressed me — brakes feel steady, tyre grip was better than I expected — so yeah, glad I listened to my buddy.

I ordered the CGR SL bike and was happy with how quickly it arrived. But I was let down when I discovered the front brake was spongy and the lever was too close to the handlebars. I sent two emails to customer service but haven't heard back, and I couldn't get through on the phone. I'm worried about my safety because of the faulty brakes.

I recently got myself an e-bike from this company and let me tell you, the bike is top quality. The paint job is just stunning, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it looks. But, setting it up has been a bit of a headache. The wires for the d12 gearing keep popping out from the battery in the seat post as I try to put them back in the down tube. I've tried using all sorts of tape to keep them secure, but no luck because of the grease. Now, I'm giving silicon mastic a shot to see if that will solve the problem. Despite this hiccup, I've still managed to take the bike out for a few spins around Cardiff Bay and up to Penarth on the Zigzag path, and the ride itself was amazing. I just gotta fix these gear issues before I can truly enjoy the bike.

I recently bought an electric bike from your store in Birmingham, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service and the products. Putting it together, I could tell right away that the parts were top-notch and the bike performs great. I went with the Enthusiast model with the Shimano 105 12-speed setup, and man, the gear changes are smooth as butter. Can't wait to hit the road and enjoy the summer weather on my new ride!
