DeliveryI bought this beautiful dress for my fancy party so early, but it didn't arrive in time at all! Now I've got nothing to wear and they didn't even try to fix it by offering overnight shipping. That's not cool at all, so I'm definitely not shopping there again.

The website says orders are processed in 1-2 days, but mine has been stuck for over 8 days. When I asked about the delay, I just got a vague response that didn't help. This lack of transparency and care for customers is not cool.

DeliverySo, eh, I was pumped to get my order from this online shop, ya know? I snagged 3 things on sale a few weeks back. But, like, my package never showed up! I reached out to customer service multiple times and all they kept saying was I should've bought extra insurance. I was cheesed off 'cause I shouldn't have to shell out more dough just to guarantee my order arrives! In the end, I had to get my credit card to refund me 'cause Retrofete wouldn't do anything about it. Not cool, man.
