I ordered a hoodie for a special celebration online, but it ended up coming two days later than I thought it would. To be honest, I was pretty bummed out about it since I was really excited to wear it for the event. I'm not sure if I'll give this place another shot in the future.

I placed two orders a few months apart, but neither of them ever got shipped to me. When I finally contacted them through email, they told me that the items were out of stock and had to get my money back. It's pretty disappointing to see such poor inventory management from a well-known company in this day and age.

I just bought some new running shoes online and it's been a bit of a bummer dealing with the customer service. The ordering part was easy, they took my payment right away. But now, a week later, my shoes still haven't been shipped and trying to get help from customer service has been a headache. They're hardly available and hardly get back to me through messages or emails. It's been so frustrating and disappointing. I don't think I'd want to buy from them online again.
