TrackingEh, as someone who's done a fair bit of shopping online, I gotta say I'm not too pleased with my recent experiences with this company. I ordered a couple of gifts for my loved ones, but neither of them were shipped on time like they said they would be. Despite getting emails saying my orders were all good to go and on their way, I never got any tracking info. It was pretty clear that this company dropped the ball and let me down. I ended up feeling pretty let down and annoyed. It's really disappointing how this company didn't take responsibility and keep things transparent, especially since these gifts were for some pretty important occasions.
