DeliverySo, I was thinking it would be really awesome to order this hoodie online, you know? But man, it took forever to arrive. Then they were saying, "Your address is wrong," and I had to keep changing it over and over again. Plus, the shipping company only spoke French, and Quicksilver wasn't very helpful. I had to bug them so many times before they finally fixed it. Ugh, what a headache. My order number is #11096713.

DeliveryI had a terrible experience with this company. Their customer service is terrible, they never pick up the phone and their email responses are cold and not helpful at all. I bought something over a month ago and I still haven't gotten it. It was supposed to arrive on April 1st, but now it's April 18th - this is really frustrating.
