Returns & RefundsI can't believe how bold this company is trying to scam me with a free trial that turned into a nightmare. I signed up for the free trial and canceled it the next day, but they're still trying to charge me for months in advance. This is totally illegal and goes against consumer rights laws. I want my money back, and if they don't give it to me, I won't hesitate to report them to the right authorities.

Returns & RefundsMy bank account got charged 10 times more than the usual amount. The usual amount is $149.99, but they took out $1,499.99 from my account. I've been trying to reach their customer service, but it's been a total nightmare. This is a new subscription for me, and I was so surprised to see such a big amount being withdrawn. I'm really thinking about canceling my subscription if they don't fix this problem right away. Come on, step up your game.
