Worth the try, but the follow-up was messy
Communicationthe product itself was actually fine, fit like a charm, so I was relieved. Problem was getting answers; I sent emails, tried chat that kept saying “someone is joining” (felt like a bad Zoom), left a note on their site, nada for days. I told my sister about it and warned her to expect delays. Happy with the item, annoyed with the radio silence, but overall it worked out.
