ServiceI just bought a pair of shoes online, but ran into some trouble with my shipping address. I tried to fix it, but the company wouldn't budge and just went ahead and charged me without fixing the problem. Their customer service was pretty disappointing too - my emails were ignored and they wouldn't even refund me for their mistake.
