DeliveryI saw their promo on a friend's Instagram, so I ordered. They split my order into two. First package arrived. Tracking said the second was delivered but I didn't get it. I told customer service and I also tipped a coworker about it. Two days later the missing box showed up on my doorstep with a small sticker inside — that’s when I felt satisfied.

DeliveryI recently bought some shoes and clothes from this company and had a really frustrating problem with my order. They told me it was split into two packages for delivery, but I only got one and never got the second one. The tracking said it was delivered, but I never got it. When I asked for proof of delivery to sort things out, the company wasn't very helpful. Overall, dealing with this company has been a letdown, so I'd advise others to watch out for the same problems.
