Puff It Up - Reviews and experiences

By the time I noticed the tip had softened, I’d already been using it a couple of weeks. It overheated and warped the mouthpiece; the unit felt hot in the hand and sketchy to use. I sent photos and proof, but customer service basically told me to return it at my expense and they’d only refund a tiny fraction. No real help. I’ve been stuck with this $150 dud for over a year — disappointing, still awkwardly usable sometimes.

I bought a glass bubbler from Puff It Up and some other stuff not long ago. When I got my order, I saw that the bubbler had a small crack in it. Even though they wrapped it up carefully, things can still break during shipping. I got in touch with their customer service and they were really nice and understanding. They sent me a new bubbler right away at no extra charge, and even gave me some extra candies. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and made sure to fix the problem quickly and with no hassle.
