Returns & RefundsI bought a music production pack the other day that needed a specific version of a software program. But when I tried to use it with the version I had, it didn't work like I thought it would. So, I contacted customer service to get help. I told them what was going on and gave them all the info they needed. Sadly, they said no to giving me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. The whole customer service experience was pretty bad and now I'm not too happy with the brand.
