The glasses I got weren't really my jam, but it's not their fault, just not my cup of tea. Customer service was top-notch though! Ordering was a piece of cake, chatting with someone was a breeze, and sending the glasses back was easy peasy. All in all, a pretty good experience, eh!

I bought these awesome sunglasses, but then the nose pads just broke off! I tried calling them, but they were no help at all. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone – their customer service is just awful. I bet they have people with barking dogs working there, who can't actually help you with anything. So frustrating!!!

I recently ordered a pair of blue light glasses from this company, thinking they were going to be really good based on what I’d heard. But man, was I let down. I waited forever for the glasses to arrive, only to find out they were supposedly delivered to my place. When I contacted customer service to let them know I didn’t get them, all they did was look at the tracking info and say they were delivered. They didn’t care at all that it was a mistake. They showed zero sympathy and didn’t even try to help me out. It’s pretty disappointing to see a company act like that. It makes me doubt if they’re really as great as everyone says they are. So if you’re thinking about buying from them, just be ready for a headache if something goes wrong with their customer service.
