This place is a total joke, eh? I ordered a pair of sunglasses, and they never showed up. I tried to track the shipment for weeks but it was like my order vanished into thin air, you know? When I asked for a replacement, it was the same story - no sunglasses in sight. And don't get me started on the so-called refund they supposedly processed. They only refunded the shipping cost, not the full amount, like what's up with that? Talk about shady practices, eh? Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, for real.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from this store to give to my wife for Christmas. Oops, I ended up getting the wrong pair. I tried contacting their customer service to see if I could exchange them, but all I got back were unhelpful and robotic replies.
