I had an awesome experience ordering my bike from this company. The ordering process was super easy and straightforward, and there was great communication from the time I placed my order to when my bike arrived. The assembly videos they provided were really helpful, though I would suggest having some mechanical know-how or patience for putting it together. You might need to make some small adjustments because of the nature of mechanical stuff, but overall, it went really well. The customer service folks were quick to answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated. The belt drive and shifting were good to go, no problems there. I've already told my friends about this company and will keep recommending it in the future.
