Eh? So, I bought three dresses from this place and boy, let me tell you, total disappointment. The fit was way off, and the fabric felt super cheap, so I made the call to return all of 'em. Can you believe they slapped a $6.95 fee on each one? Like, what the heck, right? I got an email saying they got all three dresses back and that the return was done, but guess what? Only two credits showed up in my bank account. I've been bombing their customer service with emails, but no one's stepping up to fix it. My bank says they only got two credits, which means Princess Polly owes me for one dress. I've asked for all the details about the credits, but nobody's stepping up to help out. I think it was that dress I sent back through UPS that didn't get credited, even though they got it. I really need a supervisor to give me a hand, or I'll have to do a chargeback. My bank's got my back on this one, and I'm done shopping there. Cheap clothes and terrible service, no thanks!

I bought some clothes from this company recently and had a really bad time, unfortunately. I had to wait for weeks before they said no to refunding me for some of the stuff I sent back. They made me pay a return fee and didn't give me the QR code needed to return the items, which meant I had to spend extra money printing the label. And even after I followed all their return rules, they still wouldn't refund me a big part of my order. They said it was because of 'taxes' and 'missing info', but it didn't make sense. It's super frustrating and annoying dealing with this lack of clarity and responsibility as a customer. I feel really disappointed and fed up with their customer service and how they run their business.

I love that this online shop has easy returns, eh. I can't try things on before buying, so it makes things stress-free. The stuff they have is always cute, and I'm super picky with online shopping. But now, this is one of my top stores, for sure.
