Hey there, I ordered something from this place and it still hasn't arrived after 20 days. I've been checking my tracking obsessively and it hasn't budged in 2 weeks! I tried reaching out to customer service but they weren't much help. They just told me to wait 21 days from the last tracking update. Usually, I enjoy shopping here, but this whole situation has been really disappointing. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

The shipping time for my order was super quick! It only took one day to get from Australia to Canada. The outfit I got ended up being too small, but returning it was a breeze. I got my refund right away after dropping it off at the post office.

I'm so excited because I got this super cute dress from here for my trip! I paid extra for express delivery so I could have it before I left, and they told me it would arrive between the 16th and 17th. But when I checked my order on the 16th, it hadn't even been shipped yet! I contacted customer service and the first lady I spoke with wasn't very helpful, she said everything was fine. Fortunately, when I spoke to someone else, they quickly refunded my shipping fee, so shoutout to the second customer service lady! Now I'm just crossing my fingers that my dress arrives in time!

Ordering from this website was so easy, and I was really happy with how quickly my package showed up. It was great knowing that I would get my order in just 3-5 days, made my shopping experience super smooth.
