I recently bought a phone case from this company, and honestly, I was super disappointed with the whole thing. The actual case is okay, but the customer service is just terrible. The delivery was a total mess. It's been stuck in the country for a whole week now, and the local delivery people they used were just awful. They didn't even own up to the delivery problems and told me to deal with the local company, which was even worse. I tried to email customer service, but never heard back. The only time I got a response was when I left a bad review on Messenger, and even then, they weren't very helpful. I even asked for a refund, but got no answer. Overall, the customer service was really bad and not what I expected from a company that sells fancy products.

I gotta say, the customer support team really saved my butt when I messed up the shipping address for my iPhone 12 Pro Max case. Iris was on it right away and made sure that my case was sent to the right spot. I was super impressed by how professional and helpful she was. Big shoutout to the team for their top-notch service!
