So, I ordered this really cool phone case from this one place, eh? But then I changed my mind and wanted to cancel my order because I went back to using an iPhone, you know? They were like "nope, gotta wait for it to arrive and then return it." It took forever for it to show up, and after a whole month, I finally got it, eh. I sent it back right away and even paid for the shipping myself. They said they got it and everything was all good, but it's been over a month and I still haven't got my money back yet. I tried reaching out to them, but no response. It's so frustrating, eh!

I bought a magnetic wallet case that was really good quality and did a great job protecting my phone. I liked that it was sleek and minimalist in design. But then I ran into a problem with the case and had to reach out to customer support for help. Unfortunately, they were slow to respond and not very helpful. They said they would give me a refund for the faulty product, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received it. I ended up having to go to my bank and file a chargeback claim on my own. While the product itself was fine, the customer service was lacking and could definitely use some improvement.

I contacted customer service to fix it, but they basically said tough luck because of Covid-19 delays and their return policy. They didn't offer much help and just told me to give the wrong product to someone else. I've been a loyal customer, so I was pretty surprised by their lack of care and understanding.
