I got my mom a really nice phone case for her birthday, eh? But man, did it ever take forever to get here. So I reached out to the company for some help, but all they did was give me 5 bucks back and blame my country. My buddy got his case way sooner, so that's definitely not fair. Anyways, finally got a new case and it arrived super quick. It's a good case, but gotta say, the service was just okay.

I recently got the Ultra 24 Moonrise Cover and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it looks and the quality of the case. It's super thin and sleek, so it's easy to just slide into my pocket without making it bulky. The fit is perfect and it gives great protection to my device while still looking minimalist. But, I was a bit let down by how long it took for my order to arrive. I was told it would come in a week because it was being shipped from the US, but it actually came from China and took a whole 2 weeks to get to me. That delay was frustrating, especially since I paid a decent price for it. If they have to ship from China, they should consider using a faster shipping service to give customers a better experience.
