Pit Viper - Reviews and experiences

I was really disappointed with the customer service at this place, eh. When I had trouble with my shipping, the people working there were not helpful at all, and kind of brushed me off, saying it wasn't their problem. Plus, I found out that they delete any bad reviews on their site, so other customers can't see the truth and make good choices.

I just bought a T-shirt and a pair of sunglasses for my son as Christmas gifts. I'm up here in Canada, so I made sure to order early to make sure they'd get here on time for the holidays. Unfortunately, the package went missing during delivery, but I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently the company responded. Pit Viper sent out a new shipment right away, and to my surprise, the items made it to Canada in less than a week. We didn't get them in time for Christmas, but I was happy with how Pit Viper stepped up and took care of everything. All in all, I was satisfied with the service and how they handled the whole situation.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share my amazing experience ordering from the Canadian site. I placed my order on December 13 and they promised delivery within 5 days. After seeing some negative reviews, I contacted customer service 30 hours later when I didn't get a confirmation. At first, the response seemed automated, but when I reached out on the website, I got a quick and personalized reply. They gave me a Canada Post tracking number and my order arrived today as promised. The packaging was good and I got exactly what I ordered. Overall, I would give this company a solid 5-star review for their excellent customer service and on-time delivery.
