I bought some sunglasses from this company a while back and man, I gotta say, I'm super let down. I ordered them two months ago and still haven't got 'em. I tried talking to the company for an explanation, but all I got was a robot email saying they're running late with shipping. It's so frustrating not hearing anything from them and not knowing what's going on. Feels sketchy, almost like a scam. I'm thinking about reporting them to the right people.

The sunglasses I bought are top-notch quality and super comfy. They're really well-made and look pretty stylish too. But man, the shipping took forever! It took a whole 5 weeks for my shades to show up, eh? That's way too long, especially since I'm in Canada, eh? You guys gotta speed up the shipping to make customers happier, for sure.

I'm so annoyed with my package just sitting there for 20 days with the carrier. All I hear are excuses and it's really disappointing.

I recently bought something online, thinking I would get it in time for Christmas with express shipping. But it didn't show up when it was supposed to, and I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times with no reply. This lack of communication and not making the promised delivery time has really let me down and cost me money. Now I have to complain to the right people to sort this out.
