Returns & RefundsWhat a complete disaster! I ordered a pair of polarized sunglasses for my son's birthday way ahead of time to avoid any delivery problems. But now, we're still waiting for the package to come. DHL hasn't been helpful at all, telling me to talk to the seller for help. I've tried reaching out to Pit Viper about the lost delivery, all I'm asking for is a refund for the item that never showed up. They haven't responded at all, no attempt to fix the situation. It's really disappointing to see this lack of responsibility and bad customer service.
