Servicedon’t expect much help from their customer service. I ordered a couple of western shirts because I had to move out west for work and my back’s been acting up, needed something comfy — plain and simple. They ignored emails about a one-day 25% promo (I ordered before delivery) and then ignored me again when I wanted to return one item (I even paid an extra $4 for returns). Still no replies. It’s annoying, felt a bit pushed aside. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

ServiceGot the boots for my wet dog walks and the service made it easy. I phoned first — she actually listened and gave size tips — and delivery arrived sooner than expected. They fit well, comfy for daily trudges, glad I ordered.
