Boots that actually fit
Boots that actually fit
Returns & RefundsI actually breathed easy when I unboxed the boots - they felt solid, fit right and looked like the pics, so that's when I knew I'd be happy. Ordering by phone was simple, but returns are still a real pain.
Not worth the hassle

Servicedon’t expect much help from their customer service. I ordered a couple of western shirts because I had to move out west for work and my back’s been acting up, needed something comfy — plain and simple. They ignored emails about a one-day 25% promo (I ordered before delivery) and then ignored me again when I wanted to return one item (I even paid an extra $4 for returns). Still no replies. It’s annoying, felt a bit pushed aside. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

ServiceGot the boots for my wet dog walks and the service made it easy. I phoned first — she actually listened and gave size tips — and delivery arrived sooner than expected. They fit well, comfy for daily trudges, glad I ordered.
Big-but-nice shirts
Big-but-nice shirts
Returns & RefundsI spotted these shirts because a buddy sent me a link, and honestly I hesitated — sizes online always feel like a gamble. I went ahead and paid about $188 for two, thinking they'd be 3XL-ish; instead they arrive way too roomy (felt like 60"+ chest) and the sleeves were comically long. The fabric is actually really nice, which made me regret the fit more. Tried email, chat, phone — radio silence and returns seemed impossible, just saying, heads-up. So yeah, good shirts but frustrating service; might try again if sizing's fixed.
Small stain, big headache

Returns & RefundsStrangest thing — I put the hat on to try it on and it felt… wrong. Small, stained and kind of beat up. I’d ordered online and even paid extra to get that “free unlimited returns” option, thinking, why not. Sent it back right away. Two weeks later the return tracking said delivered, but no replacement, no refund. I called almost every day, and at first I was sceptical they’d actually sort it — they told me there was no replacement and someone who handles refunds was out sick. So I opened a PayPal dispute (felt like the only move left). Seller then started ghosting emails and PayPal messages, and now they say they can't refund because of the dispute — which, come on, makes no sense. I’m glad I pushed and logged everything; at least dealing with PayPal felt empowering and I stopped feeling helpless. It just didn’t sit right on my head — awkward fit. Still out about $180 and I won’t be buying from them again, but lesson learned.
Finally a helpful person fixed it
Finally a helpful person fixed it
Returns & Refundsno refund showed up in a week or two, my emails and calls went unanswered, and I ended up opening a dispute with my credit card company. I honestly assumed it would drag on forever. Then I found a different phone number on the site and called — Asia Cox picked up and, wow, she listened, took it seriously and said she would fix it. True to her word she called back, walked me through what she could do, and got the ball rolling so that once the card issuer releases the dispute the refund will be issued. That was a pleasant surprise; one calm person cleared up what several silent emails couldn't. I hope Pinto Ranch gives Asia some recognition — bonus, promotion, whatever — she deserved it. My advice to others: hang on to records, and if you don't hear back try a different contact number. Overall I'm happy with the end result but annoyed at the lack of initial responses, so mix of feelings here — satisfied, relieved, and a bit frustrated.
