no refund showed up in a week or two, my emails and calls went unanswered, and I ended up opening a dispute with my credit card company. I honestly assumed it would drag on forever. Then I found a different phone number on the site and called — Asia Cox picked up and, wow, she listened, took it seriously and said she would fix it. True to her word she called back, walked me through what she could do, and got the ball rolling so that once the card issuer releases the dispute the refund will be issued. That was a pleasant surprise; one calm person cleared up what several silent emails couldn't. I hope Pinto Ranch gives Asia some recognition — bonus, promotion, whatever — she deserved it. My advice to others: hang on to records, and if you don't hear back try a different contact number. Overall I'm happy with the end result but annoyed at the lack of initial responses, so mix of feelings here — satisfied, relieved, and a bit frustrated.
