Printing was actually done in Asia and the parcel got routed through the US on the way to Brazil, which triggered extra import fees — about USD 40 more because the declared value was high. After pushing back I finally got a partial refund; that’s the moment I felt satisfied, small relief, though still annoyed. Told a couple coworkers to avoid it.
